Treasury Management Agreement

We may suspend or terminate any service or such agreement immediately and without notice if: (a) you breach an agreement with us; (b) the confidentiality of your password is threatened; (c) we have reason to believe that an unauthorized transaction has taken place or may take place in respect of any of your accounts or services; (d) become insolvent or be subject to bankruptcy, coercion or dissolution proceedings; (e) we are unsure whether a person is authorized to give us instructions regarding your accounts or the Services, or (f) we are unable to provide a Service due to the non-performance of a third party. Termination of this Agreement does not affect any rights or obligations of the parties that arose prior to termination (e.g. B indemnification and retention obligations). .
